How to use mustard powder

Method 1、

 The method of making mustard powder is: mix the mustard powder with warm boiled water, then add oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and other seasonings, stir well to form a paste, and place it at a temperature of about 40°C for 2 to 3 hours , Myrosinase hydrolyzes myrosinin into a volatile oil with a pungent smell. When making mustard paste, some condiments can be added appropriately, mainly to use the disinfecting effect of the taste to relieve the bitter taste, make the taste moderate and not dry, improve the taste and freshen, and play a role in hair growth.

Method Two、

1. Mix the mustard with water and put it on the stove to roast. Put it in the cage and steam it for a while, and the spicy taste will come out.

2. When the mustard is being blended, pour it into the boiling water and mix well, cover it, and put it in a cool place for a few hours to get a spicy taste.

3. After the mustard is rinsed with boiling water, let it cool slightly, pierce a few holes with chopsticks, and pour some boiling water on top to cover the mustard. Then put it next to the stove and cover it for about 6-8 hours. Pour off the boiling water on the floating surface. This way of making it not only has a strong spicy taste, but also removes all the bitterness. The prepared mustard is ready to eat. If you can add some sugar, sesame oil, etc. and mix thoroughly, the taste will be better. For western food, put vinegar essence (white vinegar), refined salt, sugar, lettuce oil, and white pepper powder into the prepared mustard, stir vigorously, cover it and put it in the refrigerator to chill, then it becomes "mustard sauce" with a unique flavor.

Method three、

1. Take 1 water cup, first scald the cup with 80℃ hot water. Put the mustard in the cup, pour in boiling water at about 80°C to dissolve the mustard, and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer for aroma.
