Soy sauce steamed pork ribs

Ingredients: 250 grams of pork chops, 10 grams of executive chef starch.

Seasoning: 5 grams of garlic, 4 grams of spiced tempeh, 3 grams of refined salt, 2 grams of pure monosodium glutamate from the executive chef, 3 grams of white sugar, 8 grams of fresh soy sauce, 10 grams of peanut oil, 50 grams of drinking water

Production process:

1. Cut the pork ribs into strips first, then cut into 2.5 cm small pieces, wash and dry;

2. Peel off the garlic coat, wash, mash and chop into garlic paste;

3. Pound fermented soybeans into puree and set aside;

4. Mix the fermented soybean paste, garlic paste, sugar, salt, executive chef’s pure monosodium glutamate, Chinese chef Yipin fresh soy sauce and pork ribs, marinate for about 5 minutes;

5. Mix the marinated pork ribs with the executive chef's starch and serve on a plate;

6. Bring the steamer to a high heat, pour oil on the pork ribs, put them in a steamer, and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the juice is clear and ready to cook.
